You are Not Aware of Yourself

You are Not Aware of Yourself

EVERYONE is feeding their AI more data. Skills, docs, Slack history, all of it.

šŸ“Œ One thing that matters most gets missed every time: the implicit working style and patterns you're not even aware of yourself.

It's the same as how you sometimes can't tell why you act a certain way, but others somehow can. To capture that, a system needs to observe your behavior over time and distill the patterns.

A smarter model is not a model that works better with you. But with this system plus your feed, yes!

There are 2 ways to acquire this memory:
āœ… Conversation between you and the AI: records your reasoning and the way you speak.
āœ… Disk and file changes: records the final result. Often more reliable, but the reasoning is lost.

How do you use them efficiently?
āœ… Find the repeated observations and patterns.
āœ… Inject them as your evolving knowledge base.
āœ… Promote them into skills to reuse, so the AI applies them when the situation is right.

AI getting smarter doesn't automatically make it more profound. There's only one path through the ceiling: inject the non-consensus perspective.

Your judgment standards. Your taste. The lessons you've distilled from your own failures. Your intuition for what matters and what doesn't. None of this exists in the AI's training data, and no version of the model will ever learn it on its own. You have to make it yours.

Happy building!
